Privacy and your data#

Your card is yours. You choose what goes on it, and whether anyone can find it without your QR code. The full privacy notice is at scantosave.app/privacy.

What's stored#

  • Your account: your email address, through your free Andy Kemp account (Clerk).
  • Your card: everything you type on My card, your photo, logo and badges.
  • Your request: your name, company and what you said about how you'd use it.
  • Views: when your card was opened, how (QR, Wallet or link) and the country. Not who opened it, and not their IP address. Kept for 90 days.

Everything is stored with Cloudflare, Andy Kemp Consulting's hosting provider. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.

Who sees it#

  • Anyone with your QR code or link sees what's on your card. A public card can be opened by anyone at scantosave.app/your-name.
  • People who save your contact keep a copy on their phone. Scan to Save can't take it back.
  • Andy Kemp Consulting can see cards and requests, to approve them and keep the service running.

Delete your card#

Delete my card at the bottom of My card removes your card, photo, logo, badges, Wallet pass and view history straight away, and your QR code stops working. To delete your Andy Kemp account too, use My Account on www.andykemp.com or contact [email protected].
